"DISHONEST-BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a $3,800 Ferris push mower in the summer of 2022. After a few months it was used about 15 hrs total and quit running. I loaded and returned for some warranty work. I was told the engine was shot and it was operator error. After several days that was changed to dirt in the gas tank. "Can't be fixed, you'll need to pay $1,500 out of pocket for a new Honda engine." I took it to a reliable mechanic and he made a few minor adjustments and it now runs like new. If this were not intential Hyde would certainly apologize and reimburse my mechanic charge. I would recommend staying away from this business who takes advantage of senior citizens. 8/24/23 We’ll it’s been a few months and I have not been reimbursed or contacted by this company. My mower is still running like a top after my mechanic uncovered their corruption. There was never any dirt in the gas tank. I’ve attached the photo Hyde sent me. A whole new engine- really???? STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS"
