After talking to 3 repair shops near Gaylord, MI with no offer to assist me over the phone without scheduling an onsite appointment I called Tri-Lakes repair to see if they could help me. Even though this business didn't service my geographic area often Taylor listened to what my unit was doing as I shared that I was hoping to get just a little help over the phone first to see if there may be a simple fix and that I didn't get any consideration locally from similar businesses. She then suggested I try one thing that may help. I did exactly what she suggested and was very pleased to find out that it corrected the problem I was experiencing. She offered her idea without hesitation and any discussion for payment. I called her back today to let her know that her idea worked and that I really appreciated her customer service. In that call I also had the pleasure to talk to Dan the owner, sharing what Taylor did for me and that I couldn't be happier. Going forward i plan to surely refer their business to others with appliance issues that live in their service area.
