"Highly recommend. Paid for VIP detailing package was not disappointed. They got it looking so good! My family is very busy with two working parents, lots of go go go, I haven’t been able to clean the car since a recent knee injury. I am so impressed by the job they did. I got this car used and it wasn’t this clean when I got it. Reno was so nice every time I talked with him and very accommodating when I made my appointment."

"Unfortunately, the least expensive car wash was out of order, requiring us to upgrade a level. The wash itself is fairly thorough - we still had a few smears on the windshield, but that is pretty usual for the intensity of UP bugs."

"Staff was very friendly, but card machines at kiosk do not work and you are instructed to "honk if you want to pay with card." This slows down the line considerably so there was a long line. That alone is not enough to merit a two score rating, however after waiting 20 minutes, the automated was did not actually get my car clean. After leaving the wash, all of the dust and fingerprints on my tailgate were still there, along with the bird droppings on my passenger-side door. The wash may have just been out of cleaner, as I payed for the wash with the most features. I have had good experiences here before but unfortunately last time was a waste of my money."
