"I have had two appointments with Dr. Bosk's office and have come away very impressed by his services and the services of his staff. Last year, our family relocated to Escanaba and began a search to find my new detist there. Unfortunately, after calling several dentists in Escanaba, none were taking on new patients. However, one dentist did recommend checking out Dr. Bosk in Gladstone. I called Dr. Bosk's office, and the receptionist was friendly. In short order, I had scheduled 3 appointments for myself, my wife, and our daughter, and did so on the same day, back to back to back, to make it easier for our family. At my new patient appointment, check in was easy with tablets they provide. They did the standard x-rays and evaluation by the dentist, but the cleaning by the hygenist was fantastic. I've had dozens of cleanings through my life, but this was by far the most thorough. My teeth had never felt cleaner. Dental insurance covered everything in the amounts provided by my plan. During that first appointment, Dr. Bosk noticed a dental implant and crown was loose. I had dealt with the issue for years and just grown used to it. My prior dentist (who I felt was a good, competent dentist) had tried to fix the issue (after a difficult visit orginally placing the crown on the implant), but was unsuccesful after a grueling 2-3 hour appointment. Dr. Bosk was confident he could fix it, but I was leery after my prior experiences. To my surprise, he was able to correct the issue after a relatively short and painless visit. While I still miss wiggling the loose tooth with my tongue, I'm glad it's fixed. Dr. Bosk's bedside manner is impeccable, too. Friendly, listens well, and considerate. One final thing, we wanted to find a dental office that could serve the whole family, so working well with kids was a must. Dr. Bosk's office was great with our 3 year old daughter. She's actually looking forward to her next appointment."

"Liar and Con artist! At my very first visit I made the front desk lady verify my insurance and that they were in network. I specifically told her I DO NOT WANT ANY SERVICE NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE. My cleaning never happened and they stated I needed a hydrogen peroxide treatment and that we would reschedule in 2 weeks to get everything authorized by my insurance. I went back two weeks later and made sure everything was covered by ins by asking the front desk if it was covered and authorized and was told that yes it was. AFTER my fitting for trays I was told by the same lady at the front desk it would by $650. I was irate! I asked her why she said ins covered it when they didn't and that i told her I didn't want anything that wasn't paid for by insurance. She looked me straight in the eyes and said "Insurance never covers the trays. I'll bill them, but I haven't seen one pay yet." The same treatment is available on Amazon for $78. These people will lie to your face and bleed you dry. Don't trust them! Two visits later and $650 I owe and I still haven't received my cleaning. These people are liars and frauds. She bold face lied to me about my insurance covering a treatment when she KNEW insurances don't cover the treatment. I will not be going back!!! RUN away from this place as fast as your feet will carry you!! Do not trust them!"

"Great experience!! For someone that is not a huge fan of the dentist I felt very comfortable! Staff was nice and professional. Dr Bosk took the time to listen to my concern and figure out what was going on. Highly recommend!"
