"Free delivery and fair offer to trade in my my older snowblower. I was itching for an upgrade and May's was the only Toro dealer within a large radius that had the snowblower I wanted in stock. This post covid era of shortages has become quite a modern nuisance. Luckily, they're one step ahead of the game. Free setup and delivery helped me a ton with my busy schedule. In the past, I had them service an older Craftsman chainsaw which still runs better than it did when it was new a few years later. The small town friendly service is greatly appreciated!"

"Make sure you save all your receipts. I'm currently hunting for my receipt from aug 2018. Yes that's right TWO YEARS ago. A newer employee called today claiming we had work done on a scooter 2 years ago and never paid. Yet we picked up the bike..... her version is we picked it up, said we'd be back with the money and never came back. And it took them 2 years to call the number on file..... What sense does that even make?? They have no information on us other than a phone number. No address. No "payment arrangement" on record anywhere. The employee that called me is new and wasn't working 2 years ago. We don't even have this scooter anymore. I am hopeful I will find our copy of the receipt so that I can prove that YES we did pay. In the mean time figured I'd warn people that they have terrible book keeping skills and could potentially call you years after a job and demand money out of you. Absolutely absurd."

"We had our John Deere riding mower serviced. We took advantage of the “tune up special.” Instead, we were taken advantage of where we were charged double for the items and services included in the special. Instead of a $99 bill we were charged more than $300. Buyer beware. We can not recommend this business."

"Brought my Harley in for service against the recommendation of everyone I ride with because of the convenience of their location. Upon drop of I was told the bike would be done within a week. I went in the next week, they hadn't gotten to it yet, and was told it would be done that week. Went in a week later still not started. Long story short. They had my bike for 3 weeks with continued promises. Last time I went in there were still 8 people ahead of me placed in the queue by their sales department. The service staff is polite, but unapologetic. Management needs to review their policy on how service work is prioritized. I feel lied to and am very disappointed in the service department. Don't take your bike in here for service. They seem to be good lawnmower mechanics as that is what they seem to focus on."
