"I took my car in for an alignment after replacing the front struts, control arms, sway bar links, and sway bar bushings which fixed a vibration and thunking sound coming from the front end which was caused by worn-out suspension components. I drove my car there just fine just needing an alignment done. After the alignment was performed, my car now has a terrible front end vibration that is felt through the steering wheel. I called to state my concern and was brushed off. I will not be going back to Era Chevrolet again! It's a shame that a dealership would treat customers like that! No consideration in trying to help me with a solution after doing whatever they did to cause that vibration!"
