"M&D rocks. Called for tire's to get done and had me done really quick and professional. Love this automotive place wouldn't go anywhere else!! Thanks M&D."
"Great place to go buy a vehicle from, or get your vehicle maintenance taken of!"
"My husband and I have always had great service from Ryan Wender. Have been to his shop many times for different repairs and have never had a problem. I like how he talks to me respectfully, some mechanics are not when they are talking to a woman. I would, and have, recommended Ryan and M&D to everyone."
"On Dec. 20th we bought a 2007 f-150. We were told this truck was in great condition and no problems. Being my family has bought vehicles here with no problems I thought we could trust him. However, on Jan 9th we were coming back home from Green bay Wi after my daughters surgery and we made it to Niagara Wi before our tire fell completely off the truck. Thankfully it happened in Niagara and not driving on the freeway. There was no warning or indication anything was wrong. Ryan was supposed to call us the day after this incident and failed to do so. We stopped at the shop on Jan 10th, after seeing the truck sitting along side of the building with a tire on it to ask them what was going on. They said they fixed the truck, however we did not give them permission to put new parts on, they just went ahead and did it...after knowingly selling us an unsafe truck, he then charged us $1000 to fix the damages. My husband felt he had no other option but to pay for it. When Craig went to pay for the truck Ryan was walking out of the office and wouldn't even talk to him!! The "face of the shop" as this mechanic called himself said, this truck was in tip top shape and they would never sell something that was a danger. Sorry but i don't buy that, ball joints don't go bad in 3 weeks time, they knowingly sold a dangerous truck!! It could have been a lot worse had we been driving 80 mph and we lost the tire, we would not be here right now. After we picked up the truck we then brought it to another shop to make sure they actually fixed it correctly and while there we learned that the ball joint on the drivers side is shot as well, so there will be another $300 spent to fix it. I will be making sure that my friends know to never do business with this man. Not only are the ball joints bad, but there is an electrical issue with the truck, the check engine light came on the day after we brought it home, and who knows what else is wrong with this truck. Yes we are at fault for thinking we could trust this man since we heard nothing but good things and my family always had good luck with him. I should have never told Craig we didn't need to bring it someplace else to have it checked out. So much for trusting a supposedly good trustworthy man. SO FOR ANYONE IN THE FUTURE DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT M&D Auto Sales RYAN AND HIS 'FACE OF THE SHOP' MECHANIC ARE CROOKS AND SELL YOU GARBAGE UNSAFE VEHICLES."
"I was referred to M and D by my regular mechanic because he did not work on transmissions. I authorized Ryan Wender (owner of M and D) to put in a used transmission for my 2007 Ford Escape. I was told the transmission was warranted for 90 days. Within the warranty period the transmission began leaking fluid. Ryan refused to fix it or compensate me for the money I had to pay another mechanic to repair it. Ir rook over 3 months to get the car repaired. I was forced to take Mr. Wender to small claims court to recoup some of the money I had paid him. In total the whole experience cost me 3400. I've never come across a mechanic who would not back-up their work. Don't go to this shop. I wouldn't even give it a 1 star rating. It was by far the worst car repair experience I ever had."
