"Had a quote on a repair they tried but couldn't correct the problem. Sadly even tho I left with the same problem they charged me the full price as they quoted to fix it. I feel they shouldn't have charged me but half of the quote. I don't recommend them"
"I've never dealt with a business as bad as this! I dropped off my vehicle Sunday June 5th, as they were supposed to start working on it June 6th. I called June 9th, as they had told me it would be done by June 10th, I was told that the quarter panel wasn't able to be repaired, & they had to order a new one. I was told it would be ready on the 17th. Called on the 16th & was told that the quarter panel was welded in, & doing the bondo on it, & would be ready on the 21st. My husband called the 21st, & was told that they were just getting ready to weld the quarter panel in, & that they had to do the bondo, prime, & paint & would be ready on the 24th!?? So I was lied to when I called the week before!! Today is the 29th & now they don't know when it will be ready. There has been absolutely no communication from them, & they get upset when we call to see when our main vehicle for a family of 3 will be done. They don't provide courtesy cars, & know this is my only vehicle!"
