"We drove up here because they seem to have every kind of accessorie for vehicles that one would want. I was looking for rims with a large offset. It isn't too easy to find if you're also looking for stock tires. The sales person Kristen took the time we needed to go through the options available. She really was great. I left with the tires and rims I wanted set for install. They have a large parking lot located with a first-floor entrance. Make sure to check them out first before going any where else."

"Bought a new truck and the dealer uses AutoGear to tint windows and install accessories. First tint job needed to be redone on one window. No big deal. It happens. So I made an appointment, drove an hour and waited 2 hours for one window to be redone. They tell me it’s done and I walk out to obvious visible scratches on the tint film. Truly couldn’t believe they tried passing this off to me as acceptable. I ask the guy behind the counter to come out and take a look. He agrees it’s scratched and asks me if I want it redone. Well obviously I want it redone. I want what I paid for. Then he says I’ll have to make another appointment though because the tint guy is booked up the rest of the day. I’m obviously disabled and have a tough enough time getting around, but apparently this is how this place treats its customers. This should’ve been resolved right then and there. Admit you screwed up, apologize for the inconvenience, take responsibility and fix it right then and there. But the way this was handled was totally unprofessional and unacceptable. We’ll see if the third time is a charm, and this review will be updated accordingly."

"Either they ordered the wrong part or leer sent the wrong part for my topper. All sales are final and I'm stuck with the exact same problem I came here to fix. I don't really care who screwed up, as I'm putting it on both companies. Will not purchase from here again and will be selling leer topper and buying an ARE."

"Although I'm sure Auto Gear is a great place for accessories for those of higher incomes. It's definitely not good for people of moderate income. And from what I found for pricing, they have an excessive high mark up for their product. I was quoted a price of $955 for a part, plus $200 shopping and $200 for installation. The very same part (manufacturer and part #) is listed on ebay for $629, free shipping, and Amazon for $710 free shipping. It's just insulting how they gouge their customers. Business is business, and I totally understand needing to make a profit, but the mark up they have is ridiculous and criminal in my opinion."
