"I purchased the top of the line Softener from Culligan. The process was great and was happy with the purchase and installation. I worked with Sean for the sales end and he was easy to work with. I am giving a 3 star because of my disappointment with the follow up. I was so happy at first I gave them a few referrals. I was promised 500lbs of salt just for giving the referral and another 500 if they purchased a softener. I have called 3 times and even offered to come pick up the salt, and have yet to get any follow up. It has now been over 4 months and haven't heard anything."
