"TERRIBLE! I tried to buy local and regret it. I recently purchased a $2000 Ashley sectional. It was delivered and a couple days later I noticed that one footrest had no padding on the board - the pad was hanging down in the pouch of the material. One of the two recliners was not reclining either. I called them. They sent their repair person who agreed the couch pad was defective and not in an area that is repairable. Mike decided that it was fine, put it back on the floor to sell to the next unsuspecting customer. Then he charged ME 350+ dollars for taking it back - calling it a restock fee. I said it's not my fault it was defective. Mike didn't care and refused to refund the money and hasn't even had the decency to talk to me - just a text saying too bad. They never even gave me a receipt (I paid over the phone). According to Ashley they are not even an authorized dealer - so the couch was from some other source. Run, Run, Run away."

"I recently went to Mike's Furniture for the first time. I was SO impressed. Quality furniture at great prices! Plus a huge variety of area rugs, artwork, lamps, etc., for unbelievably low prices. A whole floor of mattresses to choose from. No need to go to the city or shop online with this treasure of a store near by. Thank you, Mike!"

"Shame on you owner of Mikes Furniture! If I could give you zero stars I would! I am writing this review in regard to how my 80-year-old mother was treated. She purchased two couches. It took 10 days to have them delivered. The delivery people were having problems getting it through her door so they just left her brand new furniture on her porch. Left it up to her to figure out. Thanks to a good hearted neighbor and son they were able to get them in without a problem. Where is the customer service? Because it was going to snow, rain and have winds up to 50 mph she requested that they come back to get her furniture and give her a refund. Mike told her he had other deliveries and it was up to her to figure out. Beware! Once they get your money you are on your own!"
