"I'm 68 and disabled. I went in to have my windshield washer fluid replenished and to have my back tires inflated. Nobody came out to greet me even though they have a camera and knew I was waiting for service. Finally, I went inside and was told to go next door and buy the windshield washer fluid and put it in myself or they would have to charge me. Then they told me it would take at least 15 minutes for someone to air up my back tires. There is no such thing as full service. You have to go to Krist gas station to inflate your tires and buy your own windshield washer fluid. Not a place to go for full service. Repairs yes, full service, no."
