"Brought in my RAV4 due to a slow tire leak. As always, the staff was extremely friendly and introduced us to a new video app feature (for smart phones) that records and showcases the overall inspection and proposed recommendations. Being able to view the video and be part of this "virtual" walk through of the inspection provided a new level of confidence and trust, that dispels any doubt associated with the stereotypical notion that car dealerships are always trying to take you for a "ride". Upon us viewing the video, Glenn provided a brief overview and presented us with several options ranging from short term to long term solutions. Glenn offered honest pros and cons to each option which helped us come to an well-informed decision we were comfortable in pursuing. Fast forward an hour and a half (ish) later, we were driving out the door with new tires and a sense of safety and confidence on the road.
