"Usually I don’t bother, but I believe these store policies are halfway fairytales. Loan a tool program? It costs more for a tool loan , oh but wait, you do get it back upon returned tool, but an $8 part got $140! Deposit! If I had $9 left, think I would have gotten the tool!?!?!? Jerks!"
