"I brought my car in last week with codes and a pull to the right, to which they sent me out the door saying they corrected and for the most part they did. However it still pulled so when they reached out to see how my car was doing and I explained it still pulled they offered for me to drop it off and they'd see why it was still pulling. I was never told of any additional charges to look at it a second time until they'd already begun the diagnostic and I was sent a form saying I'd verbally approved the $145 charge. I would never have brought it back to be looked at a second time if I knew they'd charge me another $145 diagnostic fee. I will add they so kindly dropped the fee down to $130 when I told them I would not have had them look at it a second time if I had been told the cost at the time of booking or even before they'd begun the service."
