"I called about a company forklift being stuck. I was told they were about 45 minutes out and they got here in 35. The driver was very kind and patient with me, as I was on the phone with a customer when he arrived. Took him about 5-10 minutes in total from arrival to get the lift unstuck. We will be using Mr. Wrecker in the future exclusively for any further issues and I had such a good experience I will be using them if I have any personal accidents as well. Definitely recommend."
