"Very friendly staff. I was going to get stripes put on my vehicle. The owner of the shop was really nice and started to put them on, however he messed them up. He then told me that he had never put them on before and that the guy that does them wasn't there that week. I wouldn't have minded to wait had I known! He then told me that he would order new stripes and he would have his guy put them on. My husband and I tried to reach out to him multiple times after a few weeks when we hadn't heard from him. He didn't return my texts or calls. Finally over a month we were scheduled to take it in. Found out that he took it to a different detail shop in town! What the heck?! At the end of the day when we hadn't heard from him my husband called the owner and he told him that he was busy working on a boat in his shop and that we would have to get our car the next day! My husband was not happy with the guy and he told him that I'd pick my vehicle up from the shop it was at. Honestly I think that the credit should go to the actual detail shop that put the stripes on the car! That guy did fantastic! Had we'd known that the car would have been sent to this shop we'd have just done that in the first place! I do have to say that Good Looks Auto does great for washing, ceramic cleaning vehicles plus really friendly staff!"
