"UPDATE: I want to give an update and say that after my review Ride North contacted me and they fixed the issues, we are waiting to see if anything can be done with the couch cushion stitching, but everything else they have corrected. Will give final update once we find out about the couch. We bought a brand new 5th Wheel from them 1st of Sept 2023. I would run not walk away from this place go elsewhere do some research. There was a broken cabinet door I pointed out the door was open and would not shut or stay latched, the guy bent the latch and shut the cabinet and said it was fixed and that this happens with these doors. Well it was not fixed and when I called about how it opened up when the slide was opening and ripped the handle off and broke it, they said they would order a new one it was under warranty. I waited and called and the service girl said it had never been ordered by our sales lady and that she would get it taken care of, well they must all be liars as that never happened either. I am still waiting on the cabinet door and have made several calls to them. I also informed them that the surround sound speaker nor the outside speakers do not work and still nothing back from them with this issue either. Glad I did not tell them about the small tear at the stitching on one of the couches, I would be waiting on that as well. They were all smiles and get you anything while trying to purchase but after you are out the door and down the road they do not care. We found a lot of trim that was not attached and the vent ducks for the heat/ac had plastic bags and full of saw dust, granted this is from manufacturer, but the trim should have been fixed. If I could give them negative stars I would. 5 months now and no one has contacted us back on any of the issues, I wanted to give them time as I know things can move slow, but this is gone on long enough with no word from them. Please go somewhere else to purchase any of the products they carry, I would run not walk away from Ride North. Very disappointed in their service. If I could give negative stars I would. When you spend almost 80K you expect better service, they should be ashamed."

"I called to see if they had a sway bar for my travel trailer, not only did they have it in stock he put it on in less than a half hour, and gave me a wealth of knowledge. We are from New Jersey, and Ride North really came through for us. Absolutely Recommended and if I ever need anything while I'm in the UP I'll go out of my way to have them service my rig. Thank you so much!!"

"Had a dead short on our RV fridge and Jim was able to get us scheduled first thing the next day. We'd had this problem before and thought it was fixed, so I was concerned it would be a major expense to repair. Thankfully, in a fairly short amount of time they figured out it was an exposed wire in the breaker panel, and after completing several other maintenance items, had us out the door within a few hours at a very reasonable fee. While Ride North has offered RV services for only about a year, the entire staff worked at a long-standing family owned RV dealership next door that sold out and retired, so they are very experienced. The shop is clean and the staff are professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this shop."
