"Apparently they didn't like my previous review and it's not showing up anymore. They kept my womans jeep for 3 weeks saying that they were trying to source parts. That was a lie. Called 4 other dealerships and said they can have the part the next day. They lied again. I went to pick up the jeep to take it to another shop and didn't tell them I was coming to pick it up. It magically was done. So whatever they were doing is sketchy. The service writer was a straight jack wagon and a liar. Talked to the service manager about it and said he would get back to me. Never did. So just adding to the lies. Had an ac compressor installed and it already crapped out after 4 months so who knows if they are actually using jeep or quality parts. So yeah not happy or pleased take you vehicle else where. I doubt they will respond to this as it is a second attempt to post and probably try to hide it again. 0/10 would not recommend"
