"This guy does great work. Every time I bring something in, he is able to fix it. Or he tell me what he thinks. I read everyone else’s review. I think it’s petty issues. You have to face the fact that everything being made today is made for profit and short on quality. This applies to appliances and furniture (including the cheap furniture from ikea). Shoes, purses and other leather goods are not the exception."

"This place has to be a joke. The person that I dealt with was rude, an unpleasant.. unprofessional and very terrible at sewing (pretty sure it was the owner). Animals running around wild an really misrepresented himself as the opposite. He took my money as an opportunity rather than helping a customer. I brought my vegan LEATHER High Quality bag to get a zipper replacement (past manufacture repair) he looked the bag over, grabbed a ZIPPER for quick measuring, and said yes, I can do it. Upon returning for pick up, I was horrified. The zipper was crooked, and the GLUE was showing on top of the blue, and the stitching looked at like a second grader had done it. Immediately , I asked what happened, and he said this was the best he could do. If this was the best, clearly the job was not for him, but he insisted on top payment. He didn't want to compromise on the price because it didn't match the quality of work. Please be mindful where you spend your hard earned money.. If you need quality items fixed, DO NOT GO HERE. They will ruin them further."

"The establishment has loose American Bully dogs, smells like cigarettes and is quite dirty in the lobby area with dog toys lingering. Due to the business being within my community I still wanted to support. I left a pairs of Gucci shoes there over 30 days. I had forgot about them. When the owner gave them to me he said I’m glad I didn’t see these sooner. Due to it being over 30 days I would have sold these nice shoes. I told him I wasn’t aware of the policy and i probably wouldn’t feel comfortable getting any service in the future. He rudely told me that I needed to be responsible, he has bills to pay, and gave me a directive saying, pick up your stuff on time. I had to pause, because I have never had such poor customer service before. I was really taken back. I would never support this establishment again. In fact, I have seen better work at the shoe repairs stores in Shelby Township and Sam’s in Southfield."
