"Terrible dealership. Dropped my cadillac escalade ext off for service to replace the air bag and have some warranty work done. They replaced the air bag and refused to do the warranty work. The service manager, Kenny, was very rude. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the radio didn't work (which was working before) and the suspension light was on (wasn't on when i dropped it off). They refuse to fix what they broke. There are oily smudges all over the vehicle from the mechanics.. will update later, as I refused to pick up the vehicle due to these issues. I have paid the current bill, but am leaving it there until they fix their mistakes. 12-6-2023. Update: they still refuse to fix what they broke. Picking the truck up, taking it home and letting it sit until the lawyers get it straightened out. 12-12-2023. I advise that no one take their vehicle there for service. Months of headaches, being lied to and getting your vehicle back in worse condition than when you dropped it off is all you are asking for if you do."

"I went into this dealership because I just moved into dowagiac. I asked them if they could do the first oil change on my 2023 GMC sierra with under 5000 miles I took it in for the oil change and they scratched the bottom of my frame Undercarriage with the lift that they picked it up to rotate the tires. I called Kenny hints and asked him about it specifically question if there was rubber boots or anything on the lift, he told me that I was a waste of his time and waste of their time, and never come back to the dealership . Everyone knows the GMC has a problem with their frames rusting out my 2023. The undercarriage is coded with the sealant that is all taken off and my frame is scratched now frame already has rust on it with just over 5000 miles on my truck they don’t seem to care at all and told me I can’t never come back now because of their mess up.
