"I drove from Chicago to this location. Upon my arrival, the salesperson was about to take her lunch. There was only one person scheduled to be on duty and instead of her having me to wait 30 minutes, she assisted me with a repair request. Great customer service, B!"

"The salesperson was so helpful. She saved me money by showing me two clearance items instead of the full priced items. There are warranties on Samsonite products which is on record at the store. The lady who entered my new warranty information had access to the information on items we purchased three years ago. This store has the overseas plug-in adapters. I found packing cells and inflatable neck pillows. There was a waterbottle that rolled up to the size of your fist. This is a great store to visit before traveling internationally."
"I only needed a duffle bage to get my luggage back home on the plane well this was the only place I found it at that time so. And well its still going strong after a few weeks and a whole lot of traveling and handling. So I guess its well worth it."
