"The store owner has always been short and rude every time I've been there. Unless the older man that I think is his dad is there, you can bet he'll be an jerk. He should sell the store to someone that has a personality for hardware business. The only reason he is still in business is close location to all the lakes in the area. Everyone I talk too says he has been rude. Take your business to either Farwell Hardware that's very friendly, or Evart Hardware that is also good. I can't believe he is still in business. I'll drive farther after my last experience. The guy never gives a receipt either unless you ask him. Luckily the price tag has lake hardware right on it. He gives you a hard time when returning unopened boxes of screws, accusing you of taking some out of box. How can you if it's sealed and taped. Just go somewhere else, he doesn't appreciate your business."
