"Not even worth a star. Nikki was the most rude and condescending person on the phone. Did not listen to what I was saying. Made up lies and change the story as we spoke. Obviously has not a clue. Had to ask 3x for a manager. Who was snot much help either. I was looking to speak directly to the lady at my local store in Gaylord. Had my Dr fax in a Rx and they still could not find it 2 1/2 hrs later. How about offering to call the Dr themselves? All to buy something I can get on Amazon in 2 days"
