"I had high hopes for this place but my experience here was unsatisfactory. First, I asked for regular polish, not shellac on my toes. I was told “no” that I need to get shellac b/c it will take “forever for my toe nails to dry” and was not given a further choice. Then, during my manicure, someone else took over my manicure and re-did it because it was sloppy. The person who re-did my nails, did do a beautiful job. But then at day 6 of shellac on my nails, my whole right hand shellac nail polish came off in one swoop. My left hand is in tact at day 11, as it should be. I have worked my whole life in the service/retail industry and never leave reviews because I understand the industry. But I do not feel it is right to coerce someone into getting shellac on toes. And I paid too much money to be left with a bare right hand at 6 days."

"Salon is very friendly and professional. Prices are reasonable, and services offered go way beyond manicures and pedicures. Great selection of nail colors. I've had both dip and gel, plus eyebrows waxed and dyed. I've gone in with ideas or pictures and came put with exactly what I'd hoped for. Excellent and good quality work. Manicures last and don't chip or peel. Highly recommend 511."
