"I regularly had my lashes done every 2 weeks here for almost a year. I was never late and I never canceled (although she did numerous times). The day before my last appointment, Lisa asked if I could do a 3:30. At 9pm I told her I was working til 6 pm and would just keep my 6:30 appointment. The day of my appointment she started messaging me at 5:22 and I didn't respond as I was at work. When I saw the messages as I was on my way to the appointment, Lisa informed me she had already left because she hadn't heard from me. Then text me at 6:32 saying I still wasn't there. Horrible customer service."

"The owner of this shop is simply amazing! I booked with another lash tech originally and honestly I booked incorrectly. The owner gave me a call and explained to me nicely the correct way, then when it came time for my appointment, the lash tech had a family emergency so she personally took care of me herself. I thought that was very nice of her to accommodate me even though she had her own things to deal with. She told me that she knew I had a flight to catch and she couldn’t do me like that. This is the type of business that I will always support and encourage others to go. Oh, I have to add, my lashes were absolutely perfect! Just they way I wanted them, something others couldn’t create in the 3 years I’ve been getting them. If I could give her 10 stars I would. She deserves her flowers."
