I went to this spa after not being able to get in with my normal place due to a scheduling conflict, and I was Blown away by the service. I went there to have my first Brazilian Wax ever and Alanya was gentle and walked me through everything and made an awkward moment NOT awkward, joked and had fun with me the whole time while putting me at ease. I also had her do my eyebrows and she did a fantasic job. I was super neverous as I have been going to the same spot for years but Alayna blew me away.
