"Went in today for a manicure and pedicure. They did a great job and I liked the experience. When I went to pay, I gave her a capital one Visa credit card. The lady at the front desk (I’m assuming she was the owner) said they only accept visa or cash. I told her that is a visa credit card. But she said it says capital visa which she won’t accept. She only accepts a “certain” visa or cash. Is everyone that steps foot in that nail salon, to carry a specific Visa card or cash? Clearly she doesn’t accept any other credit cards because of the charges of the other credit cards to her. That’s a very poor and cheap business mentality to run a business."

"I am very sad to be making this review because I used to love this salon and I would always recommend to my family and friends. They always do a phenomenal job on all services offered and their pedicure massage is next level amazing. Unfortunately I will not be returning because their customer service and respect for their customers is almost zero. I recently had an appointment and due to work restrictions I arrived about 3 minutes late only to find out they “canceled my appointment and offered it to another customer”. They claimed to have called me but I have no call or message from the salon. Because the salon is awkwardly quiet everyone getting their nails done heard and I felt extremely embarrassed and disappointed. This is not the first time that management came across as rude before and I was able to make excuses for it because I loved the services so much, but honestly after this experience I can confidently say I will not be back."

"Highly recommend! I've never asked for a specific technician because everyone on staff is nice and helpful and they all do a wonderful job. My shellac manicures usually last 3-4 weeks and I'm sure their other services are just as well done. Great prices. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere. And super clean!!! They do accept walk-ins, but are often busy and don't want to rush their work, so make sure to call ahead and schedule. Tip these wonderful ladies extra because they absolutely deserve it!"
