"It’s a young lady in there she can not do pedicures I asked for someone else and did not receive a response I asked her not to cut my toenails down she did anyway my feet are not polish ready and my heels are terrible they need better customer service because I tried to fix the problem before the review was posted I was not rude like my heels I still paid in full and left these pics are taken 2:32pm"

"Spending money at this salon for so many years even at the old location (star nail) when I was a teen, you would think a discount would have been appropriate due to having to come in 3 times in the same week to fix my shellac polish, which is the sole purpose is to not have to worry about nail chipping. I love the workers here but Tweet said since she repolished my nails that was fair enough (I wasn't asking for a free service mind you I still tipped she could have said $3 at least)Tweet definitely did not care that I spent gas and time to come back to a shop that is always busy, it was a inconvenience, when I asked her at the 3rd visit to repair my nail if she'd discount my next service she said yes but once I reminded her when I was there for a new service she said, no. (Thinking back she was rush talking me out of her face telling me what I wanted to hear) It's unfortunate that as a loyal customer you don't receive good customer service. I wish them well. Looking for a new salon."

"Went in to get a mani pedi yesterday 3/14/18 around 3ish yes I have short nails, but I wanted my finger nails to look like my toenails... not completely white. That’s not the worst part I could’ve lived with white but the fact that they aren’t that great looking is the kicker. Also cuticle on thumb got too much taken off. The top coat never dried until after I slept and still is tacky/smells. The whole process was rushed because of people coming in. Didn’t even get asked if I liked them because the lady went off to do 5 people’s eyebrows. I would’ve complained but I didn’t go alone. Other person’s nails turned out great. A waste of money for something I could’ve done at home, cheaper when you get the same products off of Amazon including the UV light."
