The employees should be paid much more for how helpful and knowledgeable they are! In addition, this store is always super well stocked compared to the Novi and Canton locations I used to frequent."

"I am notorious for coloring my hair. I have shopped at this location for years. The staff has definitely gone down hill. No one ask if you need help, no knowledge of products and staff looks annoyed/bothered if you have a question. Seems like they couldn't care less about their job. Sad because they use to have great staff. I'll be driving the extra miles to go to the Canton location instead."
