"Jack in the first stall is extremely rude and unapologetic about it. He does good work but I won’t go back after giving him several chances. Also, my lady pedicure she used the grater and literally sliced off a piece of my toad )and half the nail and I was bleeding and in pain. Horrific."

"My first time visiting this salon and I found them very friendly and extremely helpful. Since not getting my nails done in 7+ years, MANY things have changed!! The lady took her time and explained everything and all the pricing. I left with a beautiful set of nails that I chose and many ideas for my future return visits! The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I had a wonderful conversation with a lady seated next to me having a repair quickly done. They also do pedis, brows and lashes!! I highly recommend giving them a try if you haven't! **Edit - After being a client of Paradise Nails for almost a year now and having several return visits, I have updated my original "5 star" review to reflect it's current customer treatment and degree of quality that I have received over my last few visits. Sadly, that has fallen from 5 stars to 2 stars. With this business being so close to my home, I was hoping that I would be able to enjoy, as well as support, a local City of Wayne brick and mortar. This does not seem to be the case."

"Great place, i was a bit hesitant cause of the reviews but im glad i gave them a shot! i called for a same day walk-in appt on SATURDAY…they took me in right away. waited about 10min. Tina was great and listened to what i wanted. got the clear dip and sooooo glad i did. will definitely be going back. Tina you the best!"
