"They are liars here. She said she went though my things but nothing was touched and I was watching the entire time it was sitting here. I doubled checked that she went thru it and she said “yes”, clearly a lie. But she refused to tell me why she didn’t want anything. She should’ve just told me she didn’t see anything she wanted rather than bold face lying to me."

"Took some items in and when they expired they lost one of my items and I’m like how did they lose one of my items it was in a big box it was not small at all the one lady was rude she said we’ll just cash out to get rid of you. That’s what I felt like I got out of that. she did not end up cash me out I waited a few days to see if they could find it but they did not find it I don’t think they even looked so I went back in today and the lady today was very helpful she looked for it a little bit because she said she saw it but still no luck and was cashed out for it and I only got $3 for it on Amazon it is $50 brand new and all I got for it was $3 I think they should of gave me more for it since they lost my item Will not bring my stuff to them again to sell and I will tell people to go elsewhere. This is very poor customer service. Beware of fabuless finds would not bring stuff in to sell or to buy not worth a hassle To sell with them when they only give you $3 to $4 for your item that you sell with them"

"I have been a customer here for many years and the customer service has gotten so bad I get anxiety stepping foot into this building. I brought a few items in today and was greeted with “what items do you have” and an attitude. No “hi how are you” after I walked in with a smile and said hello. A little bit of kindness goes along way especially with a small business. Being short staffed does not give you the ability to be rude to customers.This is not the first time that has happened and I hear it often times when I am shopping, how rude they are to people bringing their items in. I will never step foot into this location ever again and I will be sure to tell many others to do the same. I have never went out of my way to write a poor Google review until now. I really hope you do better."

"Personally, I love this store. I've been several times and have always gotten good deals on good products. The employees are friendly, and the selection is good. This store carries furniture, clothing, knick-knacks, books, and appliances. The atmosphere is great."

If you shop here as often as I do; take the time to bring in items to sell; no guilt shopping is the result! Staff is very friendly and the place is well organized with quick turnover.
