8 Mile Custom Shirts

"I had a horrific experience here. They misprinted the shirts and got aggressive and defensive when I told them they filled out their OWN paperwork incorrectly. Where it asked for the name of the purchaser, the white woman wrote "Kelly Green," which was supposed to be the color of the lettering. When I pointed out her mistake, she got angry and raised her voice at me. As if she didn't fill out the paperwork herself. Her and the older man who reeked of cigarettes slammed their plexiglass window in my face after snatching the clipboard out of my hands. Overall the customer service was horrible and I will not be returning. There are Black-owned print shops on Livernois, Grand River, etc. please don’t waste your money or time with this business. They thrive on Black dollars but have an apparent disregard for actual Black people. If I could give them LESS than one star, I would. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau."

The T-shirt I purchased had terrible quality They should sell the stuff at the gas station the customer service was unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving my concerns.
