"I had an odd experience here. It was not ideal in the least bit. The sales representatives were very aggressive. I came for a limited time special but they were so persistent on selling me more services that it made me uncomfortable. Each sales rep pressured me multiple times (there were 4 people I spoke with in total) 1. Over the phone to book my appt. 2. The virtual consultation (zoom call) 3. The office manager the day of my appointment 4. The woman that performed the service. The first two weren't too bad. It just became super receptive like I had to fight off a pack of hungry dogs. No means no. No doesn't mean try harder and send the next person to land the deal. And the way they tried to convince me was super rude. One woman started making suggestion about my income which felt invasive and multiple reps went so far as to say "if you get the one time laser hair removal service it wont actually last so its no point in getting it", like they were discouraging me. The service itself was fine but throughout the entire process I had my guard up. It left a bad taste in mouth for sure."
