I noticed a tone of hesitation when I called to check if they received my email with the order request and designs. If you are Pro- Palestine, don’t go here! They have an issue printing Pro-Palestinian sweatshirts. I used to shop here a lot but never again!"

"They were very discriminatory against me and my friend when we were there with our kids. While we were in line, ready to check out, the ladies at the desk/cash register were loudly speaking about how they can’t go to Israel right now because of the “war.” We did not speak anything of politics/religion we were just there for some T-shirts. They were not friendly at all when we were checking out and continued their conversation with each other as if we weren’t there. I wear hijab and they thought it was necessary to let me know that I am not welcome in their store. I was very disappointed to say the least."

"This store does a decent job doing embroidery and personalized items, however, the customer service is horrible. I recently picked up a jacket i had embroidered, and they put the embroidery in the wrong spot. It was unfixable. I told the woman that waited on me that it was in the wrong place and her response was, “I have nothing to do with embroidery, go talk to (man’s name). I didn’t even get an apology. Also, their shop is a complete dump. Also, their shop is a complete dump. There’s piles of stuff everywhere. It’s a tripping and fire hazard. I don’t think I will be shopping there again based on the woman’s attitude and poor response . If this is how they treat everyone I don’t know how they stay in business."
