"I truly can not say enough about how amazing my visit was at Balance and Composure Massage! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere welcomed me with a calming effect and quiet music. It's a beautiful little place with so much to offer. I had a facial with Mary and she made me feel so relaxed and my face hasn't felt so rejuvenated and beautiful is so long. I could have stayed there all day. I also had a deep tissue massage with Zoe and OMG, soooo good. She was careful to ask me if the pressure was ok and really got rid of my sore spots in my shoulders. I would highly recommend a visit to relax, unwind and do something for yourself!"

"I went in for a 90-min massage with Mia, the owner. It was my first time being there and really enjoyed it. I have been looking for a new massage home and I really think this will be it. One thing I was surprised about, but really enjoyed, unlike most massage rooms, the room Mia took me to was bright and airy and had a sky light. I am used to dark and really toned down. When I was done, I realized that I preferred the brightness and it was a wonderful mix of relaxation and re-energizing. I will definitely be going back."
