"Very unprofessional & rude! I went there to do gel with a shape and show the shape several times to the woman working but after she was done with base, she said angrily that she can’t do shapes!! She wasn’t happy that I told her to fix one of the fingers and made it a big deal to add 4 minutes of work! The results is what you see in the photo. Also they literally DRILLED my nails instead of soaking to remove the previous gel color and that was done aggressively"
