"Didn't have a good experience here due to an allergic reaction. I was originally attracted to the whole "personalized facial for your skin" idea because I have sensitive skin, and thought that they would be able to accommodate this. I mentioned that I had sensitive skin both in my initial intake form and immediately to the staff member who performed my facial, and I went over the ingredients that I was sensitive to, etc. I was reassured that they wouldn't use any actives or "harsh" products especially since it was my first time getting a facial at this location. Unfortunately, during my facial, I called out that my skin was burning and they had to perform an SOS protocol (e.g., red light therapy, which to be fair was really nice). Despite this, I had pretty serious bout of allergic dermatitis one day after the treatment throughout my face and neck, which lasted for a week and was incredibly uncomfortable. I called the location informing them that this happened and they half-heartedly offered a "sorry about that" with no other recourse. I originally signed up with their "buy 1 facial get another free" deal but it's been months and I still have no faith that the next time will be any better, so...guess I'm out of luck there. You may be fine if you have normal skin, but I would advise individuals with sensitive skin to really make sure your staff member is experienced. I personally will not return to this location unless something changes to where I feel confident in the staff's abilities again."

"My experience at Heyday Ann Arbor was amazing! They begin pampering you the moment you walk in the door. Angela and Sophia who work the front desk are so extremely kind and helpful! They greeted me promptly and provided me with lemon-infused water to sip on while I waited for my appointment to begin. When I was called back for my facial, my skin therapist Lydia was so kind to me and we had such a great conversation. All of the products they use smell amazing and will leave you feeling refreshed! Absolutely incredible experience, 10/10 would recommend to all of my friends and family."
