"First time going here. I was a walk-in and they took me back in a timely manner. They were very upfront with wait times which I appreciated. They were very professional and friendly. I had a great massage with the pedicure which I feel can be hard to come by. It didn't feel rushed and I was actually able to relax. The woman who did my manicure was friendly and easy to talk to. She was very meticulous with shaping my nails and cleaning all the skin around them. I would definitely recommend Milford Nail Spa and I plan on going back!"

Sloppy, rushed and didn't do a good job on the nail art I wanted. It was probably the most simple thing and I even put it in my appointment notes. And its already flaking off. And it has been smearing even days later."

"I went in for a last- minute pedicure after calling about an hour ahead, just to make sure I could get in. Upon first arriving, the shop looked nice and clean. The gentleman who did my pedicure hardly spoke at all... but that's fine as I try to just relax. He was so rough and it was not relaxing at all. I kept telling myself, at least I'm here and getting my tootsies done and they'll look nice after. Um, once I got home and saw them in the light I was so angry. The second coat of color was not applied on the entire nail on at least half of my nails and there were 'ridges' for lack of a better word. They looked awful. I wish I would have had time to read the reviews prior to going. I will not be returning. Oh and they used the same chair for different people without cleaning it as well. I know pics it doesn't look busy- I try to not get other customers in them out of respect. Lol It's a shame This place is in a great location and they even have pedicure chairs for kids, as well.... but I would definitely not want them working on my children's nails."
