"Have tried a few different times to support a new small business. The first time I went in I was never greeted or asked if I needed any help. The younger girl was on her head phones and the older lady was on the computer. So I tried a second time I always feel you should give a second chance maybe they were having a bad day. So I went in again trying to support the store. And again never greeted or anything. The lady was to busy complaining with another lady about the flower boxes outside in town and how they should decorate them. So that experience wasn’t good again. I am not trying to be mean but how hard is it to say hi and if you need anything let me know. Definitely would not recommend this place super cute but very rude."

"This whole process of selling my jewelry in a consignment shop, Northern Chicks in Milan, was new to me and I was excited about the opportunity. I was hoping that the owner might guide me and so I asked a lot of questions. She wrote down on post-it notes the inventory I brought in. That should have been my first red flag. In August I went in to check on my products and found that jewelry was missing that I hadn’t been paid for. I took my jewelry home on that day to better inventory it. I returned a couple of days later to show her the original inventory list and photos of each months products as proof of what had been sold and what I had been paid for but she refused to look at them. She yelled at me, told me to shut up, told me that I was immature, and then threatened me with her lawyer. She did all this in front of my 12 year old son who was shocked and was shaking. She also told me to never come in HER shop again! She was totally unprofessional, rude, and a bully."
