"The employee has no idea what was need to be cleared for trade in devices and he made me buy an HDMI cord to be able to trade in my Xbox one and when I went to buy another console he was not going to let me buy because he wanted to buy it also he broke my controller I wanted to trade in and was going to not let me trade it in even though he broke it while testing it( there was nothing wrong with the controller before he tested it, he also let me trade it in at the full amount). But all throughout this transaction he had an attitude with me because I was asking him questions."
