"Came up there, doors were locked. No sign saying drive thru only at 945pm. Asked for lemon sorbet, didn't have it. Then asked for daiquiri ice, didn't have it. Told them I could only have dairy free and then he yelled at me "rainbow" multiple times. That's sherbet and it's not dairy free. I've been getting daiquiri ice for 30yrs. How do you not have a staple flavor? Online ordering says you have them. And if you are drive thru only, post your flavors."
"I understand if you don’t want to give a free sample but come on take down the sign that says “sample and flavor for free until you find your favorite”! Asked for an ice water and was told bottle water only!"
