"I came into this store on Saturday and I needed help finding exactly what I was looking for, there was a boy working the register that had no experience with hair or products and could not help me at all, I then found a women in the back of the store who I asked to help me, she was rude and had a attitude the whole time, she was not friendly and seemed prejudice. I will not be returning back to this store and will take my money to Sing N Sing next time. The owner should chose better employees to run the store next time when she's not there."

They do not greet you when you come in the store, do not ask if you need assistance and are down right rude if you have a question. The store is also a messy disaster. Needless to say, I drove ALL the way back to Kalamazoo to Unique Beauty Store, where customer service, cleanliness and variety are the everyday norm."
