"The manager was so awfully rude. They close 30 minutes early and would not let anyone in. The rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not happy."

"On two occasions now, I've gone to University Park Mall & this Pacsun was not open despite the hours online & posted at the store front. Just 2 days ago, a friend & I went there to return shirts we did not end up liking. We called at 11 a.m. when they were supposed to open & got no answer so we headed there. We go to school nearby so we arrived around 11:20 only to find that the store still wasn't open despite having employees in the store. We walked around the mall until 12 hoping they would open & they never did. Finally at 12:15 my friend called & a young man answered. He said "well we were supposed to open at 11, but the registers are down" & preceded to hang up. There is blatant disrespect for customer service & seems that they are in no rush to get there registers fixed. I will not be returning to this Pacsun."

"i came in around 12-1 pm today and everything was fine at first but it wasn’t until i asked for a fitting room and started to try on clothes. while i was trying on clothes, someone knocked on my door and so i said “yea?” thinking it was my boyfriend but no, it was one of the male workers and they actually opened the door. i closed the door right away before it swung open. definitely not coming back again. THE WORKER’S NAME IS JAMES."

"The store manager is the rudest when I was speaking to her properly. She was raising her voice and calling me rude and started to ignore me as I talking with her. Due to my ethnicity and showing her my proof from the company’s policy online politely. Still saying that her store is different, even though it’s the same company policy everywhere. Claiming to be above of the policy itself."
