"Went there for my first time yesterday and told the girl behind the counter that it was my very first time tanning. I wanted a slight tan before i have my wedding in Hawaii next week. She put me in a level 1 bed for 20 minutes and now I can't even walk I'm burnt so bad. That will be the last time I use Malibu tanning!"

"Moved back to the area…. Employee sold me a deal where you get one visit in each level bed plus a airbrush. Didn’t tell me it expired in two weeks. I came in to use it on the 15th day and rudely told me I had nothing to use and called me a liar when I told her I wasn’t told there was a expiration date. I lost the best level beds to try… seriously like I wouldn’t have used them if I knew. They riped me off… I won’t be back. Very unprofessional!!"
