I promised. “Not at all. Take your time” Said the other lady, who appeared to be at least 21 (The promised relevance. See how I skillfully avoided describing the lady as “older”? That would have been both vague and insulting) I grabbed the item I went in for, then mentioned an issue I was having distinguishing what to get and why I THOUGHT this was what I wanted. The less young lady briefly but clearly explained the matter. Not being familiar with the concept, I admitted I didn’t understand. (I could tell that what she said made perfect sense IF I knew something about the subject, which I don’t. She reworded the explanation, giving enough extra detail for ME to understand, but without overloading me. She saved me from yet again buying and applying the wrong version of the product that works yield undesired results. THANKS SO MUCH, young but over 21 years Lady!"

"Nice store a bit small but easy to navigate and usually find what you're looking for. The staff is usually very friendly and willing to help you find what you're looking for even if you don't understand what your wife sent you there for."

I did not receive my whole order, and there was nothing I could do about it other than file a dispute with my credit card. I wouldn't be surprised if go out of business at some point in the six months; it kind of seems like that's the way they're headed."
