"I wanted to look nice for a wedding next weekend. I was a walk-in so I understand they may have felt rushed. I wanted a regular mani with regular polish. I understand that a mani is someone painting your nails, but that’s literally all they did. There are bubbles in the polish, and it’s not very even. One thing to remember is quality doesn’t equal technique. They used quality products but it wasn’t well done."

"Developed a nasty rash after getting my pedicure! They shaved my calluses and dumped the dead skin into the tub and threw the utensils in while my feet were soaking. Not a pleasant experience. I’m also 9 months pregnant and my treatment options are limited."
