"Cheila the owner of these pharmacies is a very rude woman and will NEVER have any of my families business again! I politely asked for a prescription back so I could see about getting it filled another way and she became very upset on the phone and told me “good luck with that” and hung up on me. When I called back to see who I spoke to she got back on the phone and I told her that I thought she was very rude and I thought that was uncalled for. She then told me I was very rude and told me good luck with a different pharmacy and hung up on me again. All because I wanted my RX back. Mind you we have gone there for years! A large family! And she lost it over 1 Rx. Service has been spotty there lately a lot of people are leaving there. I see why now. Owner VERY unstable and rude. Literally go anywhere else than a Counrtyside pharmacy in Lakeview/Edmore/Stanton!!!!"
