"The employees literally followed me around the store. Trying to act as if they were working!! Myself and another lady was in the store but they chose to babysit me!! I go there often and did not appreciate it. I will not be returning anytime soon!!"

"Ordered some items at 5:00 today. Was told I’d be able to get it within two hours. 7:00, no email or text. Drive 45 minutes to this location to see a sign on the door that says “location is closed due to short staffing at 6:00”. No one contacted me to let me know, no one reached out to me. Called customer service and shocker, they’re closed at 7:00. Called the Alpine location and a very nice manager said that if they were open, they could transfer the order, but since they aren’t, I have to wait. Gas is $5.20 and now I have to drive out here AGAIN to pick up an order that could have been transferred to a different location, had they just let me know. Not coming to this location again, and will be letting customer service know: watched 5 different people after me go up to the door and see that they were closed too, so they’re losing money by doing this. This is also not the first time I’ve seen them close early. “Short staffing”."
