"every time i come here there is a sign on the door that they will be back in 15 or 30 mins. they opened at 11 im here at 12:15 and they have a sign that they will be back in 30 mins but they only opened 1 hour ago??? plus they are always rude and won’t speak to you even when checking out. better luck going up 28th to the one by east paris they are much nicer and are actually open. UPDATE i have been here for 40 mins now and there is a line of people outside and still nobody has come back."

"The last 3 times I went recently, there's a sign on the door that says "back in 15 minutes, return at...." and unfortunately for me, I always show up right at the beginning of the 15 minutes. It's really annoying. I've waited the time before but this time I was in a hurry so couldn't wait. SO ANNOYING and unprofessional for the employees to just leave during business hours!!!"

"This location is the worst..came in for ion pigment depositing mask I’ve been purchasing for years..she acted like I was crazy when I asked about it and said it came out as a new product just recently so stock was limited..when I mentioned I’d been buying it since 2020 she acted like I was making it up lol (maybe YouTube it or something before you bark at customers) also asked if this store ever carried tanning bed lotion anymore (used to purchase this here regularly years ago because it was cheaper then salons) she again acted like I was crazy. Needless to say I will never be coming to this location again. So rude."

They truly give their honest opinion about a product to make sure it is a product for your hair type and not just trying to make money off of you. I am here about 3 times a month and the ladies know me and leave me be so I can browse and check on me here and there (not overbearing at all) Ines, Geo, and Yas are the bomb!"
